The electrically conductive vinyl top layer on these ESD Anti Fatigue Mats comes with a pre-installed grounding snap, which must be connected to the building's grounding system for proper operation. Workers must also use heel grounders or wear electrically conductive shoes. These ½" thick floor mats provide an excellent combination of ESD protection, ergonomic comfort and durability.
